These Terms of Service govern the use of the digital products and related services provided through the ZOESELAH online store operated by GOAND STUDIO. By accessing this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1. Purpose

The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of ZOESELAH and its users in connection with the digital images, downloadable files, licenses, and related services provided by ZOESELAH.

Article 3. Products and Services

  1. ZOESELAH sells digital images and related content that artistically reinterpret Bible passages and Christian themes.

  2. Unless otherwise stated, all products are digital downloads and no physical products will be shipped.

  3. The file format, resolution, number of images, and included content are specified on each product page.

  4. Colors displayed on screen may differ from those in the actual files depending on the user’s monitor, device, and display settings.

  5. The artwork is an artistic visual interpretation of biblical stories and figures. ZOESELAH does not represent or warrant that the artwork is a historically accurate reconstruction of any particular person, place, or event.

Article 4. Orders and Payments

  1. Before placing an order, users must review the product information, price, license terms, and Refund Policy.

  2. An order is completed when payment has been successfully authorized.

  3. Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers made available by ZOESELAH.

  4. If a payment error, duplicate charge, or authorization failure occurs, the user may contact Customer Support by email.

  5. ZOESELAH may review or cancel any order suspected of involving fraud, unauthorized payment, or a violation of these Terms.

Article 5. Delivery of Digital Products

  1. Once payment is completed, a download link will be provided on the order confirmation page or sent to the email address entered at the time of purchase.

  2. Third-party services, including Shopify and Filemonk, may be used to deliver digital files.

  3. Users are responsible for entering a valid and accurate email address when placing an order.

  4. If a user does not receive the files because an incorrect email address was entered, the user must contact Customer Support and provide the applicable order number.

  5. Any limits on the availability period or number of uses of a download link will be stated on the relevant product page or in the download instructions.

Article 6. License

  1. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright in the image. Instead, the purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the image in accordance with the applicable license terms.

  2. Permitted and prohibited uses are governed by the separate License Policy and the ZOESELAH License Guide included with the purchased files.

  3. If the License Policy conflicts with any special conditions stated on a specific product page, the special conditions stated on that product page will prevail.

  4. Users must not make an original purchased file available in a form that allows a third party to extract, download, or reuse it.

Article 7. Refunds and Cancellation Rights

  1. Refunds and cancellation rights are governed by the separate Refund Policy and applicable laws.

  2. A refund may be requested within seven days of purchase if the download or delivery of the digital product has not begun.

  3. Where the user has provided prior consent to the immediate supply or download of digital content, the right to cancel due to a change of mind may be restricted once delivery or downloading has begun, subject to applicable law.

  4. If an incorrect or corrupted file is provided, the file materially differs from its product description, a duplicate payment has occurred, or another legally recognized basis for a refund exists, ZOESELAH will review the request and provide a replacement, redelivery, or refund as appropriate, regardless of whether downloading has begun.

Article 8. Prohibited Uses

Users must not:

  1. Resell, redistribute, share, rent, transfer, or sublicense purchased images or files;

  2. Upload purchased images or files to stock image websites, file-sharing services, or digital marketplaces;

  3. Sell an original file or a minimally modified version of it as a standalone downloadable product;

  4. Make the image available as an editable template, design resource, or source file;

  5. Register or use the image as a logo, trademark, service mark, or other brand identifier;

  6. Claim exclusive rights or copyright ownership in the image;

  7. Use the image for any unlawful, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or rights-infringing purpose;

  8. Use the image or file to train or develop an artificial intelligence model, machine-learning system, or dataset; or

  9. Compromise the security of the website or download system, or collect files through automated means.

Article 9. Intellectual Property

Rights in ZOESELAH’s creative direction, image editing, compositing, series curation, product descriptions, logos, and brand elements belong to ZOESELAH or their respective lawful rights holders. Purchasing a product does not transfer any copyright, trademark right, or other proprietary right to the purchaser.

Article 10. Service Restrictions

ZOESELAH may restrict download privileges, account access, or use of its services if unauthorized redistribution, resale, use for AI training, or repeated license violations are identified. Where necessary, ZOESELAH may take appropriate action to protect its rights and interests.

Article 11. Limitation of Liability

  1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZOESELAH will not be liable for indirect losses arising from internet disruptions, third-party platform failures, or problems with a user’s device, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by ZOESELAH.

  2. Nothing in this Article excludes or restricts any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

  3. If a digital file is not delivered due to a cause attributable to ZOESELAH, ZOESELAH will provide a reasonable remedy, such as redelivery, replacement, or a refund.

Article 12. Amendments to These Terms

ZOESELAH may amend these Terms in response to changes in applicable laws or its services. Material changes will be posted on the website together with their effective date. Products purchased before an amendment will remain subject to the license terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Article 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, the parties will first attempt to resolve it through mutual consultation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, it will be handled in accordance with the procedures and jurisdiction prescribed by applicable law.
