This policy applies to digital images and downloadable files purchased from ZoeSelah.

 

1. Grant of License

 

Users who have successfully purchased a product are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the image in personal and commercial projects.

 

Purchasing a product does not constitute the purchase of copyright, trademark rights, ownership, or exclusive rights to the image.

 

2. Permitted Uses

 

The purchaser may use the images for the following purposes:

 

* Personal meditation and personal projects

* Church services, sermons, and Bible study materials

* Church bulletins, banners, posters, and print materials

* Educational materials and presentations

* Websites and blogs

* Social media posts

* Videos and online content

* Advertising, marketing, and promotional designs

* Completed design deliverables for the purchaser or clients

 

The purchaser may make the following edits:

 

* Adding text or Bible verses

* Adding logos and design elements

* Cropping and resizing

* Color correction

* Compositing with other elements

* Editing layouts for specific purposes

 

3. Client Project Use

 

Purchasers may use images in completed design work for clients.

 

However, the original images must not be delivered in a form that allows clients or third parties to extract, download, or reuse them separately. If a client needs to use the original files independently, that client must purchase a separate license.

 

4. Prohibited Uses

 

The following actions are not permitted:

 

* Resale of the original image or file

* Free or paid redistribution

* File sharing, lending, transfer, or co-purchase

* Uploading to stock image sites or digital marketplaces

* Selling the original or simply edited versions as standalone downloadable products

* Selling as new stock images after minor modifications such as color changes, cropping, or applying filters

* Providing as editable templates, design resources, or source files

* Including original files in products that the purchaser can modify

* Reselling in a form where the image itself constitutes the primary value of the product

* Using or registering the image as a logo, trademark, service mark, or exclusive brand identifier

* Claiming exclusive rights or copyright over the image

* Falsely representing ZoeSelah's works as original creations of the user

* Using for training, fine-tuning, or learning AI models, machine learning systems, or datasets

* Use for illegal purposes or infringing upon the rights of others

* Use for hatred, discrimination, obscenity, defamation, or malicious distortion

 

5. Printing and Product Creation

 

If you intend to use an image as a core image for posters, apparel, merchandise, books, or printed products for sale, you must check the license scope for each product.

 

If the product detail page does not explicitly permit the creation of products for sale, the creation of products where the original image itself is the primary sales value is not permitted. If a separate license is required, please contact contact@selahimage.co.

 

6. Copyright and Rights

 

Rights regarding the creative direction, image selection, editing, compositing, series composition, product descriptions, logos, and brand elements of ZoeSelah's works belong to ZoeSelah or its rightful owners.

 

The license grants only the right to use within the permitted scope and does not transfer copyright or ownership.

 

7. License Termination

 

This license may be terminated if the following actions are confirmed:

 

* Unauthorized redistribution or resale of original files

* Uploading to stock sites

* Use for AI training or datasets

* Use of prohibited trademarks/logos

* Repeated or significant license violations

 

Upon termination of the license, the user must cease using the file and delete all original and copies held.

 

8. Refunds and Licenses

 

The license for a product that has been refunded is immediately terminated. It is not permitted to retain or continue using a refunded file.
