Digital Delivery Policy

1. Product Format

 

ZoeSelah's products are digital content provided via download. Unless otherwise specified, no printed materials, framed prints, or other physical products will be shipped.

 

2. Standard Deliverables

 

Specific details for each product are displayed on its respective product page. A typical single image product includes the following:

 

* 1 high-resolution JPG image

* 5120 × 2880 pixels

* 16:9 landscape orientation

* RGB/sRGB color profile

* Original file without watermark

* ZoeSelah License Guide (Korean and English)

* Instant digital download

 

The number of files and specifications may vary by product, so please check the product details page before purchasing.

 

3. File Delivery Method

 

1. Once payment is successfully completed, a download link will be provided on the order confirmation page or via the email address you entered during the order.

2. Filemonk may be used for file delivery and download management.

3. If you do not see the download email, please check your spam folder, promotions folder, and the email address you entered.

4. If you have not received your files after payment, please send your order number and purchase email to our customer support email address.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

 

Users must ensure the following:

 

* Entering an accurate email address during the order process

* Verifying the file format and specifications displayed on the product page

* Having sufficient storage space to save the files

* Securely backing up downloaded files

* Using files in accordance with the license policy

 

After downloading the files, users are advised to keep a separate, secure backup copy.

 

5. Download Errors

 

If a file does not open or a download is interrupted, please send the following information:

 

* Order number

* Customer name

* Purchase email

* Name of the product with the issue

* Error screen or description of the error

* Device and browser being used

 

If a file error is confirmed, we will provide a correct file or a new download link.

 

6. File Changes and Updates

 

If there is a clear file error correction or a need for quality improvement, a revised file may be provided. There is no guarantee that all buyers will receive future updates permanently.

 

7. Prohibition of Download Link Sharing

 

Download links are provided only to the purchaser. You must not share the link, original file, or compressed file with others or post it in a public place.

 

8. Usage Restrictions

 

If excessive or abnormal downloads, link sharing, or unauthorized redistribution is detected, download privileges may be temporarily restricted for security reasons. Legitimate purchasers can contact customer support to request verification.
